Please take some time to remember

Today is Memorial Day.
Please take some time on your very busy lives right now to remember the brave men and women who have their lives while protecting our freedom. The ultimate sacrifice.
Think more than just how this is a day off work or school. Think about why you have this day off.
If you have a family member, a friend or friend's family, whoever, just remember those who have fallen will not be forgotten.
.
Although Memorial Day is an American holiday, you should still remember those protecting your country.

Some people don't think much about this holiday, but in this current polarized climate of America, we should all remember and honor those brave souls. From the militia at Lexington, the blue clad men at Antietam, Gettysburg, and Petersburg, to the boys in the trenches of France, the sailors at Pearl, and everyone who has fallen in the name of freedom, from 1776 to Vietnam to Afghanistan, we remember.

@BuiltBionixInd10 really, you're going to attack the idea of freedom itself, on memorial day. Pathetic. Freedom isn't lawlessness.

@ThePilotDude if the country were to be truly to be free it would have made a downside and result of that being anarchy.. umm lawlessness.....
