Do you mean ‘Odd behaviour of the rotation tool’ when two of the sliders are rotating the piece in the same direction? To fix that you rotate the piece 90 degrees in one direction using the first slider then rotate it back using the second, then the third should rotate the part in the desired direction.
And for doing cockpit windows, I’m assuming you mean airliner windows are their much harder, no clue how to make those look good
