Are custom prop engines a thing?

Who says I can't take a rotator, pump up the speed in xml, make it have a maximum of like 9239392929293838383 or somethig like that, set the input to throttle, attach fuselages to make the blades, and make a custom prop engine?

Fuselages dont have any aerodynamic property. You need angled wings to make a prop. Also, torque is a thing that exists. Rotators on high speeds turn the aircraft around uncontrollably. unless you can nail the design it wont work.
