This was supposed to be a simple operation but the enemy’s resistance is tougher than anticipated. They took time to build defenses to cover their back but it’s nothing our naval support can’t handle.

October 21, 2019 1:00 p.m.
We’ve pushed the enemy back and surrounded them, now it’s only a matter of time before they run out of supplies. We’ll wait for the armor before pushing forward.

October 22, 2019 3:30 p.m.
They agreed to an unconditional surrender. Most committed rupture but the ones that didn’t we are holding in a temporary POW camp on the island. Our losses were a minimum and the enemy has been wiped out, I call that a successful operation.

14 Galactic Marines Injured
1 M1A4 Abrams Damaged
1 Osprey II Destroyed (Pilot ejected, aircraft hit by stray AT missile, most likely a malfunction in heat lock on systems.)

269 Ground Troops KIA (Most committed rupture)
98 Ground Troops Captured
10 Mig-21 Shot Down
3 Makeshift Tanks Destroyed (They were mostly steel plates welded onto an excavator)

Conclusion: The enemy was poorly trained and prepared for any combat. Most were using faulty equipment and I believe that they were a bigger danger to themselves than to our own troops.
