Captain's General Report, 15:29 NovrdLisch Time, 9.9.19:
The Agamemnon has been in space for well over a year now, and has been holding up well. In the beginning navigation was an issue, with the ship's equipment optimised for atmospheric travel. Fortunately our counterparts from the Deutschland have been very good to us and fitted one of their own systems into the Agamemnon. We were very concerned that debris would be a big problem to our operations, but actually impact damage has been relatively minor. One of our LCIWS systems was damaged in a freak asteroid storm and more recently one of the solar panels installed to power the hydroponics bay was ripped off, but in both cases the damage was repairable. The Agamemnon's manufacturing plant is very useful in providing spare parts for both the ship and the embarked air wing.
.
However during my daily conferences with the commander of the Deutschland's air wing and my own chief engineer it has become clear that all is not well. The Agamemnon's thorium reactor is not designed for long-term spaceflight and has become quite unreliable. We've suffered two power cuts in the last four months, one during a solar storm.
.
Two of the Trident fighters were also destroyed in a collision last Saturday, reducing the number on board to twenty-two, of which eight are serviceable. The maintenance crews are struggling to find spare parts, many of which are made from materials that simply don't exist in this dimension.
.
Morale has been falling amongst the crew as reports of war at home filter through. The loss of life is terrible. Some members of the crew are gaining distrust of their superiors due to the lack of results and are becoming unruly. We've had to arrest two crewmembers after they were found drunken in a cabin, five hours late for their watch. It was not a pretty sight for a captain to see from his crew.
.
The commander of the Deutschland's air wing has told me we need to re-think our strategy. Personally I believe we need to send out the SWS Indefatigable to replace us so that we can repair the reactor, fly on replacement aircraft and embark a fresh crew from Earth. If the Indefatigable is still operational that is...

Ok. They can operate with the Agamemnon if you want.

Will we use them to search for the Solarium crystals? I think that is the priority right now.

Yes, the ones you told me about are in space, I didn't know you were making more.

@TheFantasticTyphoon theres more than just 6 ships, the rest are cloaked, and still under construction.

One of my previous posts a while back Typhoon and I had decided to use some Trident fighters to find solarium because it's not found on Earth.

The crew of the Deutschland are using the SWS Agamemnon to search for the Solarium crystals they need to repair the Deutschland.
    .
The Agamemnon needs a refit, Warburg has built four transport spacecraft and you have built six space frigates. This means that all four SPMRP nations now have space-forces.

Solarium is the substance that we have been looking for to repair the Deutschland's main reactor and the trans-dimensional jump drive.

@TheFantasticTyphoon is there something I missed? all of this seems sudden, and what are Solarium crystals?

    @MTakach
Yes, but please don't fight us. I think, once the Agamemnon can be refitted with a new reactor, we should form a space carrier battle group to find those Solarium crystals.

@TheFantasticTyphoon yes, but the CRSF will be able to explore, fight, etc

I believe we are in need of some sort of space treaty since we now all have military spacecraft. Here is my proposal:
    1. Warburg craft will provide auxiliary orbital transport, as well as search and rescue.
    2. The Conegsreich Republic will protect the Warburg vessels and escort the Agamemnon during search missions.
    3. The Saltwater Carrier Nation will provide transport to the crew of the Deutschland using the Agamemnon.
    4. The crew of the Deutschland can do as they wish, since they are most knowledgeable about deep space.
    .
    Do you agree?

Let me guess, it's capable of spaceflight.
