but what he's describing seems a bit different, it looks like @Cheekinator673 is describing literal control of the traction of the tires which is alot different and not possible unless you use that method you described
this is pretty nice actually, very simple and depicts the f8 well for 67 parts. you are missing the variable incidence wing though, where a mechanism rotated the entire wing upward by 7.5 degrees for an easier landing.
any early Bf-109 variant should be easy since they are all very rectangular.
the F4F wildcat is a fairly simple barrel shape, the only tough part would be the landing gear.
you could also try the Fw190, the shapes are simply but getting the proportions right is a bit more difficult

anyway i think the new mustang is pretty ugly but you built it well, what's the driving model going to be like?
this is a pretty good build by itself, but the fact that you got an interior (both engine and cockpit), custom suspension, and a decent body shape under 400 parts is pretty nice.
I have these exact issues too, they started appearing a month ago, and my best guess is it is probably caused by a mod I installed. But if you have it after just switching to a new computer then i have no idea
