Basically their are two plans, since the 757 is not a small regional jet, I would consider making a detailed-cockpit and simple-fuselage plane, just like my 787. It would be pretty mobile friendly.
If you wanna do full interior, that is also fine as long as your device can handle it. Estimated part count would be around 900. Which one would you prefer
