use DamperMultiplier for your rotators if you're having torque problems
make sure you set the value between 1000 - 50,000 to actually have an effect
i recommend 10,000, but feel free to experiment with different values
also, if youre having problems with the turret colliding with the hull, just set the min (or max, depending on if invert is on or off) to a lower value
oh, and setting the collisions on a part to off is pretty easy, too
