I don't know much about him. I've only watched about 45 seconds of the video where he "reviewed anti-Jelly stuff." I closed it in disgust. He seems immature, and I think he swears only for attention and "coolness" amongst the youngest of the watchers. I wish he'd tell his fans to cease their disrespect for our (mostly) peaceful little community. Some of you may have heard about (I think it was) Microsoft's Twitter chatbot designed to emulate teens, and learn from other users around the web. It learned how to be a troll. That's the internet for ya. Jelly's no different.
Actually, just tap buy and confirm it. If you're signed into the same Apple ID, it will then pop up a message along the lines of You have already purchased this item.It will now be downloaded at no charge. Also you should be able to find it under the "purchased" tab.
Source: me, with several apps, several times. If this didn't work, I would've spent probably an extra $30.

No hate here, but I think the mere fact that you (at least) consider planes boyish and must be pink to appeal to girls very, very biased. There's no reason to assign gender appeal to aircraft.

There would also need to be a new section of rules for profiles...i.e., what's ok, what's not, what's a bannable offense...

You only notice people's past builds by noticing them. To notice them, you'd likely need to see a plane from them in either the newest or hottest tab.
