I was super active for about 2.5 months, then I just became a person that would comment on stuff and give out upvotes, only releasing planes and cars very occasionally. Let it be known that THAT IS OK. Take a break, and just hang around the site.

I don't think there should be negative ratings, that's just hurtful, and people will complain IMO. Just have it be an upvote or not. Why have temp bans? Just do 1 rating per 24h.

There's also a good tutorial in the "ground school" (and it's even better in the beta)
