Yea, you deserve a rate mate, im sorry for not doing so before.
To get any more stability, for me at least I would lengthen it some what to allow push the COM further forward. Saying that,the reason this thing handles like a proper stunt plane is because of the closeness between the COL and the COM, so it wouldn't be as incredibly maneuverable. @ahappyape lol, I did the same, was hovering for a bit in this :)
@PlanesOfOld hahahaha, dude I can totally see that in my head, I should have done that, its a shame it would have cut it in half or something very cool. Also, your last plane..... just epic, you have SUCH variety its unreal, well done sir
@FieryDragon alright chap, firstly, thanks you very much for your rating, I really appreciate that :) . in answer to your question. I have about 3 or 4 planes on the go at any one time, a fair few i never post as they done perform the way I would want them to, and I still learn every day. I work full time, and in between the wife and kids I get about 5 hours each night to work on planes. I'd day that all in, after build, test and re configuring, each has about 7 hours spent on them, not all at once, and not all the same, some take me days, other I can do in an evening. For this one, I knew exactly what I wanted to make and what i wanted it to look like, to I just got on with it and it didn't take too long. Others are just free form, so lots of experimentation, and some of those can take a week or so, but if you look I generally post a plane a day or every other day, so i have enough other planes in the pipeline to post, hope thats not a rediclious answer. all the best to you sir
@Mr0Muncher alright buddy. Yea, I agree, I recon its because the shape doesnt really allow for amazing complexity, so as you say it doesnt have the depth and intricacies as some of them do, really appreciate the rating and feedback though chap, thanks very much.
@Zing2000 heys mate! wow, thanks for the rating buddy, so pleased you checked this out, and yea, your right, I just googled the difference, and i can see what you mean, thanks man
@ZFM99 cheers buddy, you are always too kind, and i know for sure you are always to get the most out of my planes, yes, the roll thing is a swine! i recon its the positioning of the control surfaces, i didn't want to add any up front, which would have helped a lot, but it would have lost the shape. I still need to make you a plane you can easily land and bring to a stop so you can do some of your awsome landings! i WILL do that for you dude, I promise! dont forget, your the bird!
@KingDeadshot Alright buddy, Im still trying to come up with an entry for you, will hopefully get time on a weekend. thanks again for your support mate
Nice job dude. I love the look! She flys really well. Bit slow off the mark but great when she's doing about 1000mph! ! The controls and excellent when at speed, and you did a good job balancing it :) I got a bit too confident and pulled a few too many crazy maneuvers and it'd it exploded on me, but it's 5 stars dude!
@PlanesOfOld really cool looking, and she flys nice and level. Pitch and roll are subdued but I think it suits it totally! Just right and I do like the paint job. Overall a superb plane mate
This is superb! I love the shapes you have created here, it's crazy to see you venture off like this, and you are great with it man. Superb job as always
@Austinowen Heya dude. Thanks as always mate. Yea I was a bit peeved with the controls, I am almost positive it's because I was using them to add to the shape so Ultimatly they were not going to be at the best angle, so the flaps would work against it, but that's only my hypothesis, do you have a taken on it?
@Mkenz alright buddy. Ok I have downloaded it and she's a beauty to start off with. But after a bit it gets into a real tumble. Recon it's because the COM is soooooooooo close to the COL that if you start pulling some serious moves ( which this is totally capable of) it goes off. Recon you could re gig it? It's a 5 star plane all day otherwise buddy
@PlanesOfOld good evening sir! Ahhhhhhh I can't wait to see what you come up with! Well there are lots of tricks to it. Primarily, if you look at the rear control surfaces on a lot of my planes, they are attached to the back of the fuselage and sweapt back as far as I can, but never protrude outside the edge of the fusalage, this seems to make them pretty robust. The other option, or use both is to use detachers ( which must be attached to a block or a structural wing attached to a block, for best results) which 6 of can then attach a primary wing to with control surfaces on. Again these are just tricks I picked up as I went on. Hope its of use to you sir
@DragonCreations also, if you sweep them back and adjust the dihedral, you can layer primary wings pretty much on the same place, as they don't interfere with each other
@DragonCreations Several ways mate, the first method, which is one i favor, is my totally utalising structural wings for everything, and then adding on primary wings with control surfaces; attached to the main fuselage and swept WELL back, or (or both) attached primary wings to the structural wings, or fuselage, with detaches (ensure they are disabled and at their maximum force setting), hope that helps
@Austinowen Well you totally cored on the looks mate, there is a lot of subtle and great design part in there, you always find a way to impress me buddy! :)
@Mkenz dude, you have my full blessing, not that you need it at all, you go be creative, if I'm responsible for even a fraction of anyone's design ideas I am truly honored. @ahappyape is a trusted colleague / friend and an inspiration to me, so you guys just keep doing what you do. :)
@ElijtheGeat Hahaha, i do a fair amount of work in Leominster, and all around there, Worcester, Hereford, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, you know the score, work in Telford.
@ahappyape Dude that's more purple...... hahahahaha. You are the artist mate! well this is all your work really mate! as you say in the description its all about LOTS of wings... lol, oh, by the way, how did you find designing stability into this one, takes me a while. I can see its nicely balanced but how did you go a bout it?
@DragonCreations OOOOOOwwwwwww, Id like to see you do a passenger jet,,, BUT I haven't seen anyone do the ark before (I take it the one from Noah, and not the ark of the covenant?) recon you could do either justice, but you will have to include some of your qwerky coolness as you always do with your builds!
Really very cool, well done man, this is a really great example of part clipping and manipulation, great work!

@Mkenz heya buddy, no worries man, thanks very much for the rating, thanks again chap

Just a great example of a perfectly formed jet, really nice work man
@PK hahahah, dud you never fail to make me laugh, thanks so much for the rating buddy! :)
@KingDeadshot Alright buddy, Im still trying to come up with an entry for you, will hopefully get time on a weekend. thanks again for your support mate

@Electra10 thanks buddy. I will do. :)
Loved the origional spruce goose dude. This is a cute version.

@Shadoscythe any time mate. :)
@Mkenz Well not sure what this is on my time, im in the UK. but ill be sure to test it out
Stunning! just a marvelous job buddy!
@Mkenz ahhhhh nooooo, i need to go get my phone to test it (the only medium I use) give me some time.
@SemedolasPT Already did dude, that thing had like a hundred engines!! :) like your style
@DragonCreations also, if you sweep them back and adjust the dihedral, you can layer primary wings pretty much on the same place, as they don't interfere with each other

@Hypixel ok buddy, just let me know how you do, tag me in anything you want me to look at
@Hypixel Not bad thinking buddy, (not totally up on my Pokemon to be honest, so googled it) might be doable, how are you getting on by the way?
@ElijtheGeat Hahaha, i do a fair amount of work in Leominster, and all around there, Worcester, Hereford, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, you know the score, work in Telford.
@ODST627 Alright buddy, Cant wait to see what your doing next, if this is anything to go by
@DragonCreations Any time :)
@ahappyape Dude that's more purple...... hahahahaha. Dude, this is the coolest small plane i've seen in a while! ....also, just FYI..... I was total rubbish in the trench
@DragonCreations ahhh, ok chap, then I am really unsure what could have been making that happen for you.
@Hypixel Hey dude, you had any more luck getting building?
Again, beautifully perfect as always!
