@UnknownVectors Alright chap. No i dont do any modding myself, but i rely on the community and some contacts I have on here to help with any requirements I have. I am somewhat limited on the medium I used to build, it being a mobile phone.. so modding is pretty much out for me,, no a problem though :) thanks for the offer
@TheLatentImage dude, your always good to me, thanks man, really honestly appreciate the time you put in to downloading and testing out my planes, you sir, are a viking dude of the highest order... LYLT
@AndrewGarrison thank you kindly for your rating good sir, much appreciated. The usual thanks for the game and community from me as always. all the very best.
@UnknownVectors Good, having lots of roll control towards the rear can make it seem to drift, which is a good thing in my book, if you want precise roll movement around the center, place them at the front and rear,
@UnknownVectors LOl, im by no means the master :) well i have never used the fuel or power glitch before, so my suggestion is that it may be to do with that, as to me it looks like you have enough inlets (1 large inlet per engine) on the jet itself. Roll is a funny beat at times, and with the control surface areas you are working with (something I am familiar with, we seem to share a similar design incentive) it can be a dark art. Roll controls should often be the furthest out from the main body of the jet, and witht he size / shape, try reshaping the diamon shapes into inverted triangles. i.e., if I look at your left hand control surface (witht he cockpit facing away from you, as if you are standing behind the jet), the wing shape forms a triangle with its longest side facing in towards the jet... try it with the longest side facing out away from the jet, this will totally change the way the control surface area behaves... anyway, that may have made no sense, but just play / experiment
Nice plane, really great to see you developing and experimenting! ok, so nose down can be sorted one of two ways (well there are a few more but they involve changing the shape of the plane and so on)
- the most obvious one - re-position the COM (sounds easy enough, and it is :)) of course this may have a detrimental effect on stability and control, so I suggest you don't do this
- The better option - change the symmetry of some of the forward wings. If you play about with the symmetry of some of the forward wing surfaces, i.e. flat bottom = lots of lift, semi-symmetric = some lift, symmetric = a bit of lift, so with that you can potentially alter the effectiveness of the wings at the front in producing lift, countering the nose down. hope that makes sense
@Hypnoticchicken LOL, again with the comedy genius. You totally should though! I couldn't help but have the voice of an overzealous american car salesman in my head when reading the description... LOL
@UnknownVectors Yea, looks good, lot of height and depth from what I can determine, to me it looks like a representation of the mouth of a lamprey, perhaps incorporate that into your naming convention?
@TheLatentImage @UnknownVectors couldnt agree with latent (who is a total living legend by the way,,, he knows it) more, do just that and you sir will be a mega star :)
@Mkenz LOL, i know, i know, my planes are legit though, just because they catastrophically fail when flying into the water........ actually makes them more legit than real planes... hows about that XD, just have fun flying around in them buddy, thats what they are for :)
@dellpacker dude, i wasn't telling you off, as explained, this is an open forum and opinions are valid to each individual :) as for me, im not the greatest player by any margin :) and in my humble opinion if i dont like something, I dont rate it, there is an amazing amount of choice out there, go looking for whatever you like. all the best to you good sir
@Oicraftian well if you have a look at my tool box. .. A plane I posted a while ago... it has a modded fuel tank. That should allow you to reposition the weight better, give it a go ;)
@ZFM99 evening buddy! Lol. You know me mate. I just mess around with designs until I like the way it looks and handles. This is one of those times. Although I seemed to end up making the plane back to front, given I was working on the tail first lol. All the best mate
@UnknownVectors im on andriod :)
@Rohan Will do, thanks for the tip dude, ill have another go with yaw, its a funny beat to tame :)
@Viper28 Thanks buddy! crikey, its pretty frightening to be that rank! would be here without you tho mate, thanks again for all your support
@Mkenz LOL,,,, totally true! just need a pool noodle and im good to go :)

@Hypnoticchicken ahhhh no problem, do you take....... ah hold on, sorry, i just realized I'm exceedingly poor, will a crusty loaf of bread do it?
@UnknownVectors Good, having lots of roll control towards the rear can make it seem to drift, which is a good thing in my book, if you want precise roll movement around the center, place them at the front and rear,
You are the man!

"Shut up and take my money" (futurama quote) dude, i just love you builds, they are cool on their own, but your descriptions are just amazing!
Like it dude!

@Mkenz Edit - "as" legit as real planes.., not more legit, im basically stupid for saying that....
@Mkenz LOL, i know, i know, my planes are legit though, just because they catastrophically fail when flying into the water........ actually makes them more legit than real planes... hows about that XD, just have fun flying around in them buddy, thats what they are for :)
Wow, an inspired design for sure :) well done

Wow. Some very goog build techniques on show sir. Well done

Excellent
Amazing design as always. The large jets mounted on the vertical stabilisers is a really nice touch. Well done mate
Excellent work buddy
