  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

Man alive your your on fire dude!!!! Well done. Keep making planes mate.

  • Stormraider2 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided Thanks man, yea. To be honest I hadn't before playing around with your origional. Because the fuselage is so long it can take weird and wacky wings hanging off at crazy angles. Very versatile plane you made in the first place dude.

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided alright again dude. Very much enjoying working on this one I have made another, it's all listed in the successors chain and I will always credit you, and you should also get a bonus for having successors. Ahhhh yeaaaaa.

  • Very quick. interesting wing setup 10.5 years ago

@lolman123 Ahhhhhhh crikey mate, I'm sorry I haven't gotten back on the fast planes design, i have been working on a side project, you will see them in my planes. I will make a fast plane just for you given you have been very good to me with your review mate, the least I can do. I'll post it up hopefully over the weekend and tag you in it. Have a good one.

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided just uploaded a predecessor for you dude.

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided by the way.. nice job on the bronze award mate, you ranked up quickly!

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided lol. You the man. Let me know when it's done. Do you recon we could make an unevenly designed plane fly, would be interesting to have our designs on each side. We could use this model as a test bed. I'll get started on it tonight I recon

  • Northrop Tacit Blue Stealth 10.5 years ago

Like it, quite agile for the wing setup, and I very much like the engine layout, really unique.

  • New, fast swept wing design 10.5 years ago

@Stingray thanks so much for your rating chap, I really appreciate it very much. Glad you find it interesting. All the best to you sir.

  • New, fast swept wing design 10.5 years ago

Sorry guys, I can see I have uploaded this one already. Please ignore this one, there is another out there somewhere. Lol.

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided will do chap. Liking the 747 idea by the way. I'll get cracking on this later and see what I come up with. Meanwhile I gotta get some sleep, work tomorrow. Dam it.

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

Ok, have downloaded and flown around now, and FAIR PLAY dude, this thing looks like it would be a pig to fly, but it's very responsive, and it pitches and rolls quicker than most of my stuff. I was surprised how quickly it got up aswell, impressive stuff.

  • Huuuuuuuuuggggeeeeeeee 10.5 years ago

Literally giving this 5 stars because of the title LOL!!

  • Yukikaze ( spikey ) 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided Yea I know, I learned a lot froM this plane, total credit to JoshuaW, guys a legend. I took this Appart and put back together again just to understand how it all worked, some of the stuff is just frightening, all of the control surfaces and wings all giving the right amount of lift at the right places, to keep it all rock solid and stable,, and to get it looking like that..., the mind boggles.

  • stable and fast from hypnotoad 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided Hahahahahaah, I really should try that just to see what happens. Didn't know you knew zing, he seems a good guy and well ranked! I'd be well chuffed to build half a plane as a project though, nice idea, though thinking about it, it would be a nightmare to match up, still would be interesting to see what happens. Let me know what you plan dude.

  • Upgraded bomber 10.5 years ago

Also, the description tickled me, "Random spontaneous combustion" lol

  • Upgraded bomber 10.5 years ago

Like it dude, takes off so quickly, and stays flat as a pancake! So a great job on leveling this one out. Like the little cross shape design in the underside, not sure what it's for but it's a nice touch. Managed a few easy landings with this one too, which is something I don't often get right to be honest, but the low stall speed (think that's the right terminology) makes it pretty easy. Like your style on this one. Keep up the good work

  • stable and fast from hypnotoad 10.5 years ago

@Stormraided Thanks chap, I've got a long way to go mate, I really had no idea I had ranked up in the first place, to be honest my planes are not the best, but I rely on good guys like yourself from the community to yoke them and make them better, please do, would love to see what else people can do, there is no such thing as perfect I'm sure. As always, thanks again for your rating. All the best

  • stable and fast from hypnotoad 10.5 years ago

@CtCrusher thanks for your rating buddy, really appreciate it. I have played around with this and as you say it's not totally solid, would like it to be, but recon my wing design will always leave it a bit compromised. Recon a bit more surface area would cure it but might then loose the look. As always, really appreciate your feedback and generous ratings. All the best to you sir.

  • LXC-3 Lyra_Indigo Battle Ver. 10.5 years ago

Epic. What a great design, well done sir!!!

  • stable and fast from hypnotoad 10.5 years ago

@Zing2000 yea I hope you get there too sir. Thanks again. All the best

  • stable and fast from hypnotoad 10.5 years ago

@Zing2000 thank you very much mate, really appreciate it, glad to be in the club. All the best

  • land speed record 814mph!!!!!!!! 10.5 years ago

Like your style dude. nice use of VTOL, seems to keep it stable? . For others using this, move VTOL to top position, hit detacher 1, then power up. I got a long way past 814 mph by the way, but after the end of the runway, and if your slick with the VTOL I bet you could get this thing a fair distance Out to sea.

  • Very quick. interesting wing setup 10.5 years ago

@stealth225 Thanks very much for your review mate. Really appreciate it, all the best to you sir

  • Very quick. interesting wing setup 10.5 years ago

    @lolman123 lol. Cheers dude

  • quad tri wing 10.5 years ago

Sorry I meant analogy not apology, bloody phone.

  • quad tri wing 10.5 years ago

@CtCrusher the train apology made me chuckle, and your totally right, its not going to win any beauty awards, as it's a bit of a rotund Kind of thing. I would really appreciate any update, I look forward to your re design. Thanks again buddy

  • winged venom 10.5 years ago

Your the man, like your style sir.

  • My swift wind 10.5 years ago

Love the concept, and my god this thing is stable! Really like the wing setup too. Good job sir.

  • P-96 (classic edition) 10.5 years ago

Nicely done sir. Suprisingly agile for the layout. good job, there is an art in making a simple looking plane fly well, I appreciate the effort gone into making it stable.

  • Very quick. interesting wing setup 10.5 years ago

@CtCrusher @Stormraided Thanks so very much for your generous rating and useful feedback. I really appreciate it. Yes, I think given the complexity of the wing setup I have left the strength a little compromised. Given you guys have made the effort to rate so kindly ill see if I can work on a more robust version. All the best.

  • stable and fast from hypnotoad 10.5 years ago

    @stealth225 thanks very much buddy.

  • hypnotoad's style01 10.5 years ago

@kellyJ thanks kelly, ypu have always got some encouraging words for me. As I'm sure you can see from my planes, I need to improve, and I feel like I'm missing the fundamentals at times. But as you say. The sky is the limit. Im always thankful for people like this person and your good self to improve my designs. All the best to you As usual.

  • hypnotoad's style01 10.5 years ago

Nicely done sir. Simple yet effective fix! Really appreciate it. Much obliged to you

  • Trainer 10.5 years ago

    Great work

  • Bell x1 hypersonic landing challenge! 10.5 years ago

Ahhhhhhh got ya @dturner, makes sense and totally worth the aesthetics. Nice one again.

  • Bell x1 hypersonic landing challenge! 10.5 years ago

Oh by the way, I couldn't land it, but given a fair few tires I'd say it's possible.

  • Bell x1 hypersonic landing challenge! 10.5 years ago

Nicely done chap. Just had a go with this. The design is on point totally. For me it was a little unwieldy at first, but every plane is different and once it got going I got the hang of it. Seemed to break up on sharp maneuvers (to be expected given how crazily fast it is) so lowered the graphics and it stayed solid. Like your style sir.

  • fixed it sorter 10.5 years ago

Thank you anonymous. Nicely done sir :) would have liked to have kept the swept back wings to maintain the look, but you got it flying good enough

  • Fixed wing design 10.5 years ago

Well done mate, what a great fix!. Really like your style. Thanks for your inspired redesign, and also nice job on staying true to the origional. Much obliged to you sir

  • Swift Wind MK2 10.5 years ago

Crikey, this one is fantastic, as suggested I had a look through your other creations, and I too am a big fan of the swept wing design, not only does this look great but flies reply well. Very sharp on pitch and roll, stays flat and fast as he'll too, just point and shoot Controls. Really good job on this.

  • SR-71 Blackbird -prototype - 10.5 years ago

Sorry GOOD height, not food height. Lol

  • SR-71 Blackbird -prototype - 10.5 years ago

@Zing2000 yes, it was a little difficult for me to get of the ground and once in the air it was a little difficult to get into level flight. BUT 5 starts from me as this is probably the closest design I have seen, and in fairness, when it gets going and at a food height it seems to respond well. Good job sir.

  • SR-71 Blackbird -prototype - 10.5 years ago

Man, I like your style. Nice one

  • PBY-Catalina 10.5 years ago

Great job. Really like the design.!!

  • stable spikey 10.5 years ago

@ABC123 thanks very much ABC, glad your ok with me messing around with the origional. this was probably the first plane I downloaded and have used extensively in the game, so I really appreciate your work. All the best.

  • stable spikey 10.5 years ago

I have just found the author. It's all credit @ABC123. Nice job to him.

  • Lil'Dito 10.6 years ago

Nice work. Was very tranquil just gliding the little plane around the place, has a lot more range than I expected.

  • Seeker Mk-II Thunderhead 10.6 years ago

    Like your style sir.
