Im not super experienced with funkytrees, but i know there is a way to cycle inputs. example:

selectedweapon is available as a Boolean input, so you might be able to do something with that. downside is each individual bomb would have to have a separate name.

For the missiles maybe try disableAircraftCollisions = true or adding some ignitionDelay. (I don't know how much you know about XML editing so if you don't know how to do those things i would happily show you.) For the shocks, I built a quick example.
I really like this ship, It has a really unique shape and looks overall well put together. But the weapons and shocks look kind of out of place. i would recommend weapon bays and hiding the shocks inside the landing struts.

funky trees is the name of the new input system that lets you do things like;
roll + pitch etc.

This is actually really cool! But it looks pretty unrealistic how they just pop off, maybe put them on rotators set to something like clamp01((TAS / "X") - 0.75) with X being a number that will need texting to determine. Then the wings would start to bend upwards before coming off.
