I recommend stern actions against anyone who purposefully did other country's actions by themselves into their own advantage e.g we launched attack towards nation A's capital, president of nation A can be seen running but we bombed him first

Not only this would be considered as unfair, but will ruin the whole purpose of roleplay itself, by not letting the opposing side make any sort of move first

In addition to that, any form of "brute force" attacks in form of, but not limited to: infantry/any other form of unit spam against an area would be considered not effective in any form unless enough reasonings were given as it would be uncoordinated

The reason is you can't attach a part to the resizable wheel and spin when the wheel is turning

What you can do is atleast change the background color, and getting the symbol to the middle just so the right side is not blank, or even you can just stretch the symbol so the edge of the petal meets with the edges of the flag
