I recommend finding a blueprint that has three view, up side and front.
Next you want to do is use fuselage block and try to match the blueprint. Note its not easy at all on first try, but with little expereince, you can do it

It should appear as "Dev Console Enabled"
To enable it, use three fingers and tap on the screen
