To tag someone you do it the same way you reply to someone.

You first have to turn on the dev console, this can be done in settings by tapping the settings icon at the top of the settings menu.
Activate the dev console in game by tapping the screen with three fingers at once(idk how to do it on a computer)
Get your plane into a good position, pause the game, the. Do that and you’ll get some good pics
