@bruhmoment99 I just duplicate the part, recolor it, and then nudge it back onto the original part. Then I slice it into the shape I want and repeat the whole process until I have a nice looking paint job. It takes a lot if parts and a lot of patience and I have yet to finish the process on an entire plane but it is very rewarding.
Edit: remember to use overload and set massScale : 0 and CalculateDrag : false
@ItsHighbraker2912 he is not commenting on editing drag, he's saying there should be a way to see exactly how many drag points a part has other than just "how red it is"
@likebot I think what DrenasPort meant by Andrew tag is to be able to add a tag named Andrew in the tags section where you normally put mobile friendly or replica hahaha
@Mage2IsTriggered loads of VR and mobile bug fixes, 7 new wheel types, new hideRims XML, more VR and cockpit options for parts such as joysticks, and ability to switch the direction labels curve between horizontal and vertical.
@ZeroWithSlashedO well yeah, not literally, but you get what he means. He wants the ai to be able to take him down almost instantly if he's not paying attention.
@ZeroWithSlashedO as in we should be able to choose the input that controls the brakes instead of it always being 'brake'. We should be able to change it to something like activation group 1 so we could make a handbrake or something.
also instead of car engine rpm you can find the rpm of the wheel by going into the resizeable wheel variable menu
almost every interactive part has some sort of variables you can mess with
yes just click on the prop engine and there should be a variable menu button next to the connections menu button
click on it and there should be an option to name its rpm a certain name and you can refer to that name at any time in funky tree code.
@ChromeRailfan you put in the effort to update and port an ancient (6+ year old) game to a whole different device with entirely different settings and mechanics and make it included with the original game and then come back to me.

+1V is correct. Use
+2hideRims : true
under ResizeableWheel in Overload and it will make your rims invisible.@ZeroWithSlashedO well yeah, not literally, but you get what he means. He wants the ai to be able to take him down almost instantly if he's not paying attention.
+1@ZeroWithSlashedO for the first one, "I want aircraft that can shoot me down before I notice them" is what he said
The h*ck is this
This is literally everything I have ever needed
The screenshot is a bit dark imo but the ship looks great!
+1I really hope this wins
Except, of course, if I were to join . . .
+1@V haha true
Awesome!
@V I may or may not have a trick that makes mine go 1000+ mph with just a 200hp car engine (no other propulsion source)
am i allowed to use xml modded traction?
most, most players are no longer building with blocks.
Jk but I usually just nudge it -5 on the y axis and mirror and then nudge it back on both sides
Ok
this is what simpleplanes was made for
+7@Pigeony Cool! Good to know. I assume it was vr compatible enough to be curated, then.
@ZeroWithSlashedO as in we should be able to choose the input that controls the brakes instead of it always being 'brake'. We should be able to change it to something like activation group 1 so we could make a handbrake or something.
+1NOW IF ONLY WE HAD THE ABILITY TO CONTROL BRAKES THROUGH FT

Always wanted an andrew body pillow. . .
+2This is something I didn't know I needed
If this doesn't win i quit sp
+1This is siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick
+2you had me at andrew garrison
+1IT HAS THE OBAMA PRISM
Why is it curated if it's not VR compatible?
Lol i still remember messing around with the original droplet so long ago.
+1It feels so recent but so far away

What would be really cool is if someone could replicate a 4 stroke engine in sp
@V yeah the link is right above the engine diagram
