@Sockdragger thanks for your input. And it was my mistake that i mess up- i stikl keep it because it was one of my early works after joining SimplePlanes.
This is my concept sketch drew on iPad using ProCreate (first forwared into 30 seconds) - any one of you could buils into my Seaplane Challenge I am going to built one myself later.
After the takeoff, the main pontoon has two raised towards a few large, and the floats under the wings have to be folded up to the wing tip for less drag and better aerodynamics

I was trying to fix it. But it is very complicated. 1) your horizontal stablizers are too small 2) wing thickness to zer0, which i never do 3) power weight ratio - engine power is too weak 4) 100% fuels in the wings makes the plane too heavy - well, that is a good try.
