@SimpleTankers as an above silver player, i was allowed to edit the XML of the craft.
Manually, you just pick up 1 part, and then use Overload mod to edit the XML code.
With Overload, change the 'dragScale' from '1' into '0', and as well, change the 'calculateDrag' from 'true' into 'false', then, duplicate the part. Duplicate and build, it's an effective way rather than you have to change the XML of each parts one by one.
I'm using duplicate and build method for building this. While to fix the drag points from 117 into 0, i use edit XML method, a feature that can be accessed by gold players or above
