No, dihedral created on one side tried to "Level the craft" and andehdral on the other side destabilizes the craft , so the dihedral constantly rolls the craft trying to "Level it" ot wy least that is what I'm thinking is happening @SledDriver
Yes, that is what it is for. Take a look at a bird, you may notice they may twist their tail or win the slightly off center when they circle @SledDriver
@SledDriver here are pictures of it, he suspension system and steering are combined, in thinking of making what I call a two layered suspension, have the system retract from the side like normal, but also have it go up and retract.
The other one was more advanced but I didn't feel like it was ready for human consumption yet. The frontal suspension needs to work better and the back needs a restraining order to keep it from folding like this one @DPSAircraftManufacturer

Thank you, I came up with the idea as an alternate to the teeth arrangement. This one has less parts. @SledDriver
