@ahappyape Well... When I look at this page I see that it says "XML modded engines are NOT allowed". It says nothing about moddinng parts for placement or making unbreakable and structural wings have control surfaces, but the jury is still out on whether we can use modded fuel or not. Honestly you don't need modded fuel for a prop plane the size you would make for this. I made this plane without modding, just Parts Nudging which I think is perfectly legal.
