One simple trick is to head into connections and manually connect each wing to another object without removing the original connection (so like, have the same part connected to multiple parts). There is also going into xml or overload or whatever and changing the PartType from Wing-3 to Wing-2, which will turn the affected primary wings into structural wings, although removing all connections. But the structural wing should provide more support.
The design is amazing. Also I found you used two sets of rotators for the thrust vectoring. I believe using Roll+Pitch can make the thing multitask. This holds true for any other input as the addends.
