That could be a very hard logo considering I'm assuming you intend to use it on craft you are going to enter in a tournament? It might take me a while but I could possibly get it done, the only problem is that it will be XML or in-game modded... If you don't have a problem with that I could possibly do it...

The ES file viewer should be available on the apple store, but if not, you just need to find any file viewer that has a search function, search the name of a saved plane, open it with either the in-app editor, or the external program your device has installed already, this should allow you to edit them, as long as you have the coding skill. If not, you can always comment me and I can do it for you...

All you need to do is get a program like the es file viewer and just open the files you want to edit...
I'm pretty sure that the only way to do that is a physical angle on the wing pointing downward with a SYMMETRICAL wing, the flat bottom is max positive at low speed, the semi-symmetrical is a middle road, and symmetrical has next to 0 lift but work well with high powered planes meant for maximum speed.
