My challenge plane (which will be completed soon) might be going over the part limit because the cockpit of my plane is a two-seater and doing the cockpit interior has added a lot of parts to the build. I'm sorry in advance.

I wish I said this earlier, but this is a very nice plane for this challenge, I like the lore of how you gave a third generation jet better electronics to compete with 80's jets. This is a very capable aircraft that should be able to keep things smooth sailing until I can post my plane (which is taking longer than expected due to the cockpit(, but I'm rambling a bit here. VERY NICE PLANE!!!
I’m finished with the airframe of my plane, I still need to do the cockpit though. BTW, this plane can carry A LOT of weapons, so operations where lots of weapons are required shouldn’t be a problem.
Can I change the rate of fire of the gun, I feel that it’s too slow as I’ve tried getting gun kills with it, but it’s low rate of fire often results in the plane flying between the bullets.

Thanks, getting the shape for this bomber was a huge pain at times, along with the cockpit work, seeing as I couldn't mirror the whole plane due to part connection issues. I'm glad that you like this plane.

Can we please do a challenge involving 4th gen fighters, my personal favorite of your challenges to participate in was the second war challenge (against snowstone) where we got to build jets with missiles.
I know the challenge doesn't have a bomber component to it, but I was already mostly done with this plane by the time I realized this, so sorry for violating the rules.

Yeah, I was thinking that for the war effort, best to re-use airframes as often as possible so that we don't use up resources building a new plane. I figured that my plane could easily transition to ground attack now that fighters are more advanced than it.

I haven't commented or done much in a while, especially with this challenge, but can you relegate my (only) entry to be a CAS/Ground attack aircraft, as it probably can't match jet fighters that the enemy are now producing.

I'm currently working on a stealth (ish, I'm not an expert on making stealth aircraft or what makes a stealth aircraft stealthy) bomber, though I don't know how long it will take for me to complete and release as I'm in college right now.

Do we still have an aircraft carrier in service right now? cause my only aircraft in the challenge so far is carrier based, so it would be a little humiliating if there isn’t a carrier for an aircraft designed to operate off of one.

This is why I wish SimplePlanes had a WWII fleet carrier in the game, rather than just USS Tiny and USS Tiny 2.
I was however able to take off from USS Tiny with my airplane.

More like obscenely expensive variant, the F-111 served as an interdictor/tactical bomber in the Air Force.
