10/25 - first impressions: not the prettiest thing in the world, not to impressed
10/50 - looks: looks more like a simplified ww2 fighter than it does an ultralight
30/100 - flight: roll is slow af, pitch is pretty bad but is better than the roll, the speed is good and honestly the best part of the flight, drag is WAY over what it should be, not impressive.
5/25 - details: details are basically non existent, barely any details, honestly not very good
20/50 plausibility, not really, maybe if it had more of a structure, and has a roll rate better than one roll in 20 minutes.
75/250 not to impressed with the quality, I think you could do better If you try a bit harder. ( pin this please so I can find it for final judging) Also if my math is wrong please tell me, I did it mentally.
Your score!!
25/25 - first impressions: looks amazing! I love the little touches like the glass over the lights
35/50 - looks: has the look of an ultralight, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for, like NotSoNormalPioneer said its really suppose to be more like flying sticks with wings, but still looks awesome
80/100 - flight: flight is good, but slow, an almostlight is supposed to be about 100mph faster than that. Other than that its perfect, pitch is perfect, has a slow roll rate but it's still good, floaty af, and is alot of fun to flop around with.
20/25 - details: details are perfect! The glass over the lights, the striping, and even some of the small little details make this an amazing aircraft to look at. I love how you modeled brakes on the gear. My only complaint is that all of the gold trim peices stick out quite a bit, it could have been worked into the body more.
45/50 plausibility, its definitely plausible, just that the speed is not really up to what I was looking for, but it still is a fun aircraft to fly.
Final score!
205/250 very well done on this, its solidly in first rn. It's an amazing aircraft to fly, just not exactly what I was looking for. It could definitely be a competitor to taikav areo industries. AWESOME JOB!!
@JeskoGoesVROOM the rotator is attached to a spring, but below the problem was fixed, but at high speeds it falls off, I'm going to keep it as its realistic. @Lixcuudis
@NexusGaming well, not very ultralighty, maybe try a bit of like the scout kea, the bushplane and some of ultralights planes, I think that is more of what I'm looking for.
@NexusGaming yes it barely meets the weight criteria. That stall speed is about what I was thinking, but that rotor does effect how I can tell the speed.
10/25 - first impressions: not bad but lacks alot of sophisticality and detail
35/50 - looks: it's based on a autogyro so not really an ultralight, but it looks good enough.
45/100 - flight: flight is pretty wonky, its alot to get used to. Stall speed was hard for me to find but it was around like 60? Nexus if you know the stall speed it would help your total points. Its pitch is good. It's just hard to control when doing alot of hard maneuvers, and that's what I'm looking for, a plane that can do hard maneuvers.
15/25 - details: details aren't bad, but the cockpit could be not a default cockpit peice, as well as the landing gear. I did like the small little details on the aircraft, like the exhaust ports and the simple striping.
45/50 plausibility, yes its plausible, but the handling in flight I think would make any pilot fearful when flying it.
A total of 150/250 points, just lost some stuff with the simplicity, and the weird flight characteristics. Dont be discouraged though, your the first entry, and you have another one you can put up. Nice work!
@rexzion what's the question mark about?
@SuperRoto I know I have, it's the small things that can make an almost good year.
@UltimatePlayer123 its power per engine that's restricted to 175hp. And I didn't know it had 331.
@Sarnnox thanks for the spot!
@Sarnnox alright cant wait for your entry!
@UltimatePlayer123 what do you mean?
Intresting
@xboxseriesx no https, just the www.simpleplanes.com and anything after that.

@xboxseriesx  and yes.
@xboxseriesx np
@xboxseriesx the part that you disabled colision on would be able to go up into a fuselage block, that's how you can make custom gear
Please pin the score so I can easily find it when it comes to the final judging for all entries.

@xboxseriesx in the xml menu, look at the names and one should be disablecolision, go to the input and it should say false, make it true, no caps.
I'd say Eugen
Ummmmmm........... t but I can't download.
@tsampoy hmm, I was expecting something more......burrttty.
@tsampoy you?
@tsampoy I'm being serious, I absolutely love the aircraft
@tsampoy North American t-6 Texan
I'll test it, just know your going to loose alot of points for the drag points.
@tsampoy a plane.
@UltraLight ahhh
Plne.
TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
@NexusGaming yep, as long as it meets the criteria.
That's an interesting concept, wonder what the practical use of this is, probably nothing.
@NexusGaming sorry man, its something that I think wouldn't really be an almostlight, but you could do it just not for the challenge.
Dont worry, I'm like 2 hours ahead of you soooooo......
Cool, I'm glad someone is good at screenshots.
@NexusGaming ummmmmm, not very ultralighty, I dont think I would allow it
Still got 11hours.........
@JeskoGoesVROOM the rotator is attached to a spring, but below the problem was fixed, but at high speeds it falls off, I'm going to keep it as its realistic. @Lixcuudis
@NotSoNormalPioneer well that fixed all my issues thanks!
@NotSoNormalPioneer ok that fixed the lean, thank you.
@NotSoNormalPioneer I'll try, I have drag disable pretty good, but I'll ssssssee
@NotSoNormalPioneer there it is
@NotSoNormalPioneer CoT is alllll the way in the back, CoM is pretty close to the front gear. I could put a screeny so you can see the aircraft.
May include me.
Hmmm, people in America are not happy with you.
@Chancey21 it might be low wing, the top part of the cockpit is a bit short, and my logic says it wont work for an airfoil.
Why not? Also I dont mean to be that guy but my challenge is the almostlight, not almost ultralight, sorry for being that guy. But it does look good.
@Esjope yup!
@Chrisk1993 well, I guess I could accept it as long as it has the look of the ultralight, and meets all of the criteria.
@Esjope per engine, look at my taikav t16 sabertooth for an idea of what I'm looking at, it is also linked in the top of the description.
@ChiChiWerx that's cool man! I honestly didn't think the u2 was still in use, it's such an old aircraft.

@NexusGaming well you had like a good 20feet I'm pretty sure. Still looks good tho.
