@NexusGaming well, not very ultralighty, maybe try a bit of like the scout kea, the bushplane and some of ultralights planes, I think that is more of what I'm looking for.
@NexusGaming yes it barely meets the weight criteria. That stall speed is about what I was thinking, but that rotor does effect how I can tell the speed.
10/25 - first impressions: not bad but lacks alot of sophisticality and detail
35/50 - looks: it's based on a autogyro so not really an ultralight, but it looks good enough.
45/100 - flight: flight is pretty wonky, its alot to get used to. Stall speed was hard for me to find but it was around like 60? Nexus if you know the stall speed it would help your total points. Its pitch is good. It's just hard to control when doing alot of hard maneuvers, and that's what I'm looking for, a plane that can do hard maneuvers.
15/25 - details: details aren't bad, but the cockpit could be not a default cockpit peice, as well as the landing gear. I did like the small little details on the aircraft, like the exhaust ports and the simple striping.
45/50 plausibility, yes its plausible, but the handling in flight I think would make any pilot fearful when flying it.
A total of 150/250 points, just lost some stuff with the simplicity, and the weird flight characteristics. Dont be discouraged though, your the first entry, and you have another one you can put up. Nice work!
And the ford model T had a very long production run, and really didn't change much, even when other better companies were making better and safer cars. Henry ford didn't like change and did not want to change the car that made them such a powerful company.
@Lixcuudis well, I guess it could, an almostlight is a fictional thing that i created so I'm making up the rules as i go, so I guess it could, but the way I see it an almostlight would be a bit heavier, and more powerful than that, so takeoff might be a bit longer.
You need xml moding to do so. For input on the hinge rotator you need to put in LandingGear exactly how I put it in, and the minimum says -1 you need to make it 0 or it wont work. I could help if You need it.
@Lixcuudis as long as the stall speed is under 90mph they your good, but that would mean your takeoff speed would be less which is extra points so it would be worth it. Probably the lowest speed I would allow is 40mph, anything below that seems unrealistic.
@Chancey21 it might be low wing, the top part of the cockpit is a bit short, and my logic says it wont work for an airfoil.
Why not? Also I dont mean to be that guy but my challenge is the almostlight, not almost ultralight, sorry for being that guy. But it does look good.
@Esjope yup!
Awesome!!! Looks sick bro!!
+1@Chrisk1993 well, I guess I could accept it as long as it has the look of the ultralight, and meets all of the criteria.
@Esjope per engine, look at my taikav t16 sabertooth for an idea of what I'm looking at, it is also linked in the top of the description.

@ChiChiWerx that's cool man! I honestly didn't think the u2 was still in use, it's such an old aircraft.

@NexusGaming well you had like a good 20feet I'm pretty sure. Still looks good tho.
@KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo lol
It's a bit shorter than I was expecting, it looks good, once I get some free time I'll test it.
@rexzion @KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo thanks for the help 🙄
+1@BigBigTheMac @KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo @rexzion well I guess the question is now, weapons or no weapons?
+1@KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo cool! It's a challenging challenge for some, which mean only the worthy overcome it.
+1Thank you history channel.

+1Dearn dr-125d paraplane just a suggestion.
@NexusGaming yes, I cant wait to see what it looks like
@BigBigTheMac what?
@KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo ok I do have another picture I'll upload soon so you can see the gear I'm thinking of, so wait to see that.
+1@Lixcuudis no problem man! Cant wait to see it!!
@rexzion non retractible.... hmmm.....
@tsampoy could you help? I dont know who else to ask.
@NexusGaming as long as it meets all other criteria I guess I can accept it.
Grogu has returned to default settings.
@FishMiner @Noname918181 are you guys going to enter?
@UltraLight ah, I thought it was as we were talking, I guess I'm not that observant.
@BagelPlane thanks for the spot btw!
@UltraLight hey your 10k when that happen
@UltraLight also I did just make up the type of aircraft, making up the rules as I go.
@UltraLight I guess I could have, crap I got to do research for my forum series thanks for the reminder!
@MetallumavisIndustries ok, some people are familiar with it, so I thought I would share
Remember to check the rules regularly incase changes are made!
@Lixcuudis @UltraLight I also never said I was an expert in this soo.....
@UltraLight yea I think I'll remove it.

Looks nice!
@BagelPlane ok cant wait!
@UltraLight well the almostlight are faster than those other aircraft soo.

@M7MD_E04 well with XML moding you should be able to change the mass scale.
@NotSoNormalPioneer lol, as long as its realistic, maybe make the cockpit the transformer.
@DonaldAs2121 ok I'll be waiting!
@BigBigTheMac ok all good. I'm not to good at it either but its gets fun once you make your first 3.
@DonaldAs2121 ok cant wait to see your entry!
@DonaldAs2121 when you take your last screenshot, click really fast to take a 4th. Are you going to enter?
