I usually make the silhouette of the plane out of fuselage and then cut away the canopy sahpe out of it. Then I turn them into glass fuselage and return them to its original position.

You will need someone who can test it in VR. My LOH-13 was supposed to have a grenade launcher you could grab in VR. But without someone who can test it in VR, I can't take it anywhere.
