@GeneralPatrick2 if you're lazy, set tourqe of the main rotor to false. It will make it so that the main rotor does not need a tail rotor
CoM must be aligned with the main rotor at all times. If you're lazy or something, use gyros, but I do not recommend that.

There is no solution. This might have happened because of a faulty XML edit or an impossible connection done using connection editor. Unless if you have a backup, your progress is pretty much gone
