For the Car question, use fine tuner and make sure that the wheels are perfectly aligned. If not, it will pull to the side. Cars do that in real life. For 3-wheeled cars, there is no possible way to align them, as they will pull to the side opposite of the attachment side.

So I use the Fire hd 10. I would recommend that you wait for a sale and purchase the hd 10. I can run 800-900 parts with only a small amount of lag on high settings. Also, I you don't mind the lower graphics/physics, you could run up to 1200 parts. Currently, you can pick one up for $120 new or $100 refurb. Hope this helps you out
