@Hardy1 just take wings from most of my builds, they are structural wings with control surface support. Alternatively go into Overload (it's now a built in feature, find it in the Mods tab) and either convert a normal wing into Wing-2 (usually a normal wing's part type is Wing-1, Wing-3, Wing-5 or something like that) or get a structural wing and enable control surfaces in the wing tab.
