Just a suggestion but I would add a rotator to the back of it that rolls it and then change the yaw rotator to roll so u have a pitch and roll jet instead
Um for the drifting thing my boats do that too but sometimes if the VTOL turner is in the front of the boat instead of the back it helps@AeroEngineering
U can put xtra weights at the bottom of the boat, have the turning thing (VTOL or propellers or whatever) in the horizontal line of mass thing so it doesn't push on the top or bottom too much, or use a counterweight that rotates to put the weight on the side of the boat that would begin to roll
