It looks very good but it’s function isn’t to great. It’s also almost impossible to transfer from hover to conventional flight. Nevertheless, it’s a very good looking bomber that just needs some tweaking
This is fantastic! What a great looking aircraft you made with a really cool concept. However, that drawing you made looks even better! You can draw really well
@DaDerpachu123 if you make the general shape of it with fuselage blocks only, I will make it fly right and add custom control surfaces. Just don’t add any wings to it though
@DaDerpachu123 I’m terrible at interiors so I’ll just make it a nice looking cockpit canopy. I also have pretty good MiG-21 landing gear we can use. How about you start and then I’ll add the nose
Apart from that 30mm turret blocking a 360 degree rotation of the main gun, this is actually a fairly viable tank design. Low profile, crew protected in the back, nice slopes (maybe the turret could use a little more). If you added a coaxial gun on the main turret, I would think some militaries would actually be interested lol
@Mumpsy yup there are way more planes for me to look at than I expected but I am happy about that. I would say it’s been a fairly successful first challenge
This is really fun! I enjoyed adding control surfaces to one, removing its gyro, and giving it some guns. It’s very fun to shoot down the rest of the swarm
@Zanedavid I don’t actually mind it too much. It gives the effect of a s hitting something vulnerable which makes the plane crash quicker. What would be cool is being able to change the caliber of machine guns like you can now with cannons and also being able to limit how much ammunition they have
@Zanedavid I remember that my first build got five upvotes (since it was at the time the plane which takes you the farthest on the “going the distance” challenge without mods) and I thought that was amazing hahaha. I was very disappointed when my later posts would mostly get maybe one upvote lol
@Wi1dSk7 in quite a lot of places. Back when I was in high school in England, there was a small airport nearby so I would see one every few days fly over. I now work in Amsterdam and I have the perfect view from my building of the flight paths to the runways and I see one every now and then. They’re beautiful machines
@SovietT44 yes it’s still great! You should make a more detailed variant with custom control surfaces that has the right sized wings! You’re quite talented (obvious from this build) so I’m sure you could make it really well!
This is a really cool EE Lightning styled build. I have a build based on the Lightning coming out either today or tomorrow as well! Also I’m a huge fan of the inboard air brakes/ailerons you have on there. Does that type of control surface have a name other than regular aileron?
@Zanedavid I still have all my embarrassing builds up. I sometimes think of deleting them but it’s always a good laugh to look at. It’s so odd when they occasionally get a random upvote hahaha
Great looking and driving vehicle! Try adding some rotators and hinges below the cockpit to make it move as you turn. It’s a very cool and fun looking effect
This is so neat! I love the metro you made quite a lot. It would be lovely if there was a game/app that was specifically designed for making buildings and cities that you could walk through using the same building system as SP.
@Wi1dSk7 the P1HH is actually why I thought it would be cool as CAS! The plane it comes from (the Avanti but you probably already know) is one of my all time favourite aircraft. Whenever I see one flying I have to stop whatever I’m doing to watch it
This is pretty cool but could fly better. There should be less wing area up front and it could definitely use a bit of weight loss lol. However, I do really like your custom wings! They look very good

This is also really neat! I love twin engine pusher aircraft so I’m a big fan of this one. I had no idea this plane existed and now I really want to fly it! It would be awesome in a CAS configuration too or with a slightly lengthened fuselage to carry more passengers

@Zanedavid aren’t planes just large flying busses anyway? Lol. I also had that shift era, a couple of them actually. My main turning point was with the Dash 8 and now I think my last plane was sort of a turning point too because I finally got the hang of custom control surfaces

Sure! How about we divide it into different sections. So like fuselage/cockpit and then wings plus other stabilisers? Which part would you want to do?
