@Tang0five yeah the history of the comet is incredibly interesting. Some people today look at it as a terrible death trap but it’s important to bare in mind that it was the very first of its kind and the issues it had couldn’t have been found in testing as it took thousands of flight hours and hundreds of pressurisations for the correct conditions to be met where the plane with fall apart. The later comets were very successful as an airframe but the world had moved on from the comet by then sadly
@lastv801 yeah I never vtol at max. I find that no matter what speed I am flying at, it will start flipping when I transfer. It still looks very cool though and I do like the bomb bay
Very cool looking plane! Nice work on this custom wings and those air breaks look pretty cool. It’s stall speed is pretty high though which makes it hard to land on the carrier but overall this is really nice!

While this looks good, I was just thinking that maybe it would look better with the wings closer to the rear as is more common with planes that have engines attached to the rear of the fuselage

I think there is a bug with the 1.9 beta which makes this explode. The minimum length for the base and barrel of the cannon needs to be at 60%, otherwise it will explode. I hope this helps!
@Sturnour sometimes airplanes download differently on SP so that’s always a little annoying

Decent build! The nose is a bit too pointy sharp maybe and it’s got a strong auto roll but not bad overall
What did you change on this one compared to the original?

Ouch, those square windows really grind my gears hahahaha. If only De Havilland chose to use round windows everything would have been fine

This looks pretty cool but the canard moves way too much. This doesn’t help when it comes to manoeuvrability. It’s still overall a good build!
