1 I always use 157.7.205.136 (that's a 24/7 server that a lot of people use)
2 Idk I never use custom maps
3 Uh, idk there isn't much there besides the several pyramids and a race track, so not much to do there
4 Overload and Fine tuner I would say are the best in the terms of being really useful and helpful for building things
