Ok this is late but there's a new way to do hovering vehicles now, no mods, just XML editing, I've got two bikes that use it and I'm working on the alternative now.
What.... @CYBERBEAST it should tho.... You just gotta be really gentle about getting onto the water and it'll hover cuz it's not using the AltitudeAgl input, it's using the rotors ground effect input which works on water.
@TrislandianAlliance you go to the top of this page ok, tap the button with three lines, search funky trees and bam you find the page, but if I'm being a moron, which is often and you mean the actual settings in game...... I'm playing on the 1.9beta, ALL the funky tree settings are only available on the 1.9 update and it's hard to get
But if you got the 1.9 update, then open the funky trees page, watch the linked vid and you'll learn how to use it. It's half programing and half XML editing
@TrislandianAlliance very simple my dear boy, I took the engine, deleted everything else and built the Morgan around it and made it drift, then updated to the beta and used the funky trees inputs to really make it amazing, you should try it out, it's fun.

@robloxweponco it's not easy, and you need to stack two to counter the cycle tilting and XML galore!
