Fantastic attention to detail, and great use of the tools available to you to bring us the best you could.

  • AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex '83 8.0 years ago

@ChaMikey It's fine man, no need to apologize lol. People were confused and it has been dealt with. I'll take my first case of blatant plagiarism as a sign that I've made it.

  • AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex '83 8.0 years ago

@ChaMikey Whatever you said on the other post is unavailable, which is a good thing I'd say, means the phony has been totally removed.

  • AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex '83 8.0 years ago

@FasterThanLight It's no problem with you guys who upvoted him, so don't worry too much about the confusion. Thanks for the upvote though.

  • AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex '83 8.0 years ago

@Djjam @UnknownNate @ChaMikey @DeViL @FasterThanLight Just saying, buy you fella's just upvoted stolen content. Content stolen from me. So if you want a legit AE86, go here seeing as how this one has already been pulled down for the most part.

  • AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex '83 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness Thanks, for all the stuff you mentioned there. There are a few other cars that I would certainly like to do as well, they would probably take about the same amount of time as this car did. That said, I might decide to pace myself a bit better on those as opposed to the very feverish work I did on the 86. So yeah, I too hope that I hold this level of quality.

  • Steering Wheel 8.0 years ago

I used your wheel , thanks for putting this out there, it saved me some time, shaving at least an hour off of a 24 man hour job.

  • New update on Steam, do we know what it is? 8.0 years ago

@NathanMikeska Ah, thanks for the information.

  • New update on Steam, do we know what it is? 8.0 years ago

@Flightsonic Makes me really wish we could get some detailed change logs for literally every update.

  • New update on Steam, do we know what it is? 8.0 years ago

@Flightsonic Maybe, I'm not on OSX but maybe it's a fix for their being unable to download planes.

  • New update on Steam, do we know what it is? 8.0 years ago

@Nickasaurus No not that one, I've long since had 1.4

  • New update on Steam, do we know what it is? 8.0 years ago

    @Flightsonic It's small, 21MB

  • Bf-109 Buggy f1 variant 8.0 years ago

Of all of the numerous successors my buggy has, this has got to be the most unique, no-one thought to make it a bit more normal, except for you. Good job.

  • Lautern Skyly J2 "Teacher" Spec. 8.0 years ago

@DragonAerotech Well, that feeling that the meaningless conflict gave you was intentional, the Novels are better because they continue the story. The film only covers the first novel which is another reason for the "wrist cut" ending. I also recommend the Sky Crawlers game if you own a Wii, it can be found for quite cheap used in video game stores, it was made by Project Aces.

  • Lautern Skyly J2 "Teacher" Spec. 8.0 years ago

@DragonAerotech Eh, I thought it was an OK if a bit weird take on a war drama, apparently the novels were much better, but alas, they aren't in English anywhere. At least it had cool planes.

  • Messerschmitt Bf-209 E2 8.0 years ago

@DragonAerotech Oh I'm not at all adverse to it, in fact, if you look through my planes you might find it to be the exact opposite. The reason I said I wouldn't be doing anything with this is because I originally made the Bf-209 for an RP I was partaking in, but I have since left the RP and have no real "use" for the design. Thanks for the stuff about the splinter camo, I tried to find a nice "simple" way of pulling it off that wasn't too frustrating.

  • Can I bind something to activate when pitching down? 8.0 years ago

@BoxGlow I will wind up doing that, just wish they could be fully functional

  • Can I bind something to activate when pitching down? 8.0 years ago

@BoxGlow The issue is that it needs to be specifically bound to pitching down, not just pitch. I don't want reverse indicators going on while people are driving forwards.

  • Can I bind something to activate when pitching down? 8.0 years ago

@WNP78 Well darn, I have working brake lights, guess I'll have to be satisfied with that.

  • Several points I'd like to raise. 8.0 years ago

@Flightsonic @TehDuck Fair point, I simply saw someone else bring it up and figured I'd mention it here since it at least sounded good.

  • Several points I'd like to raise. 8.0 years ago

@AntonShine No, it's a very uncommon thing. This whole debacle started whenever a some folks began complaining that the higher point players had it easy, and this upset the higher point players who then wanted to try raise a very moot point. That point was that everyone started at 0, and got to where they are from the fruits of their own labor. Which sounds like a quite good point to try to get someone to understand until you look at the things I mentioned.

  • See within: 8.0 years ago

Hopefully this crapshoot calms down by tomorrow morning, RIP mods, you've got my sympathy for what it's worth.

  • Several points I'd like to raise. 8.0 years ago

@GaurdianOfAir I think that could certainly be good, I've also had some other ideas to help people get that bit of exposure they need, but here's not the place for me to talk about them.

  • Several points I'd like to raise. 8.0 years ago

    @FuRiOuSpLaNeS No problem.

  • Fokker Dr.1 Red Baron WWI 8.0 years ago

A much better replica than the deliberately oversimplified one I posted the other day, made of sheer hype. Quite nice.

  • M3 Full-Truck 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness @DragonAerotech Leaf springs are in fact a major issue here, one that I struggled with when building my Ural, as for the HP of the M3's engine, it uses a 110-HP engine IIRC, so this, being 125-HP is just a smidgen higher. Regarding my satisfaction, for me it has more to do with the difficulty of pulling off angles well in SP, because the M3 has a very angular engine front end. As well as how tedious it would have been to make a decent looking M2 .50 ring mount.

  • A2D2 Vulcano 8.0 years ago

I think I made your "namesake", lol. Nice tank.

  • Ural-4320 8.0 years ago

@SpiritusRaptor Oh, lol, thanks for the clarification.

  • Monster Madness 2 8.0 years ago

I have no clue how in the world this, came out of that chassis, but oh well, this is something worthy of being a successor.

  • Ural-4320 8.0 years ago

@SpiritusRaptor How do you mean "Mean and Cruel"?

  • M3 Full-Truck 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness That's all I need, perfect replica would be a bit too insane for SP.

  • M3 Full-Truck 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness Yep, the pop ups, that's the Trueno, the Levin is the one with static lights, can't imagine they're very different in the chassis.

  • M3 Full-Truck 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness AE86 GT-S, and I appreciate it, no need to put your project on hold or anything like that, this should be done at your earliest convenience.

  • M3 Full-Truck 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness Actually, I'm coming up on gold and there's a certain 1987 Toyota Corolla that I'd like to make, but I am absolutely clueless regarding just how a car suspension is set up, nor can I find adequate chassis reference to recreate that. Sooo I know it's a tall order, but could you help me out here in some way?

  • Ural-4320 8.0 years ago

@Scaniagek If you would like something of the sort I would suggest perhaps using this or this as a basis, neither should be too hard to modify into an 8x8.

  • M3 Full-Truck 8.0 years ago

@EternalDarkness No problem, thanks for the inspiration, because all that I really know about suspension design is what I've experimented with and gathered from other designs.
