Out maneuver them only way try flying close to the water and do jagged dips to make the missile go up and down and soon the missile will water lock itself
So I finally get it to work and I get a really cool load where I vtol up right when I hit act 2 then vtol down and I ejects the shell and loaded a new one the slide de-railed
