It works the same as KSP. When time is slower, the game has more time to simulate accurate physics with a higher framerate. Fast forward works in the exact opposite way

Only ones you can do that with are Overload,m and Fine Tuner, or go into the XML file of your build an modify there. In Overload, the way to do it is i presume scale = -1,-1,-1. Im pretty sure thats all you need to do, then you just edit the shape of the fuselage.

@Destroyerz117 maybe there could be coded a symmetry line that divides the plane in 2 "hemispheres" for lack of a better word, based on the Y Axis coordinate of the part that the cockpit is connected to. Idk how that would be coded as i know nothing about coding, just an idea i had.
