The problem is tire mirroring. For whatever reason whatever set of tires you mirror is where it turns. If you want sure fire way to fix the turning problem, I recommend making new tracks (and yes I have verified that the tracks are what's causing it to turn left or right) although give me another 24 hours or so and I might be able to solve it further or find something else that's messing with the steering
Ok so I kinda solved your going left problem. Although now it goes right slightly.
I will keep you updated on that (sorry if this is alot of comments I'm trying to update you as it goes along)
