@LunarEclipseSP When they first started concepting optimus prime in the first movie this was the original design, but due to technology not so refined at this point couldn't accurately film the all red truck, so to fix this director Bay had the truck painted blue with flames on it so the camera could actually pick it up. my reference image then i provided is the concept used as mod for the ROTF online game, it's the only reason he has flames on him
