you have to move downloaded mod file to simpleplanes mod folder ( sp mod folder located at internal storage / android / data / com.jundroo.Simpleplanes / files / Mods )
@ColonelCanada read description and you will know why there is a pc/mac button also if you think this mod is suspicious then try it yourself or do whatever you want
@MABUR this mod isn't uploaded on google drive this mod is uploaded on github, it should download directly after clicking, also don't open mod you should move it to sp mods folder

@KangBaksoSoeharto yes sometimes car wheels sink into terrain and quick fix for this is that you should make start locations couple meters above the ground
@PlayMinecraft you should put file in mods folder then you should restart the game and go to mods section then you should find mod in mods section and activate it
@TheHolyRomanEmpire sadly its impossible to add start locations in map plugins so no there is no start locations but you can create custom start locations
