@Delphinus @merasmusthewizard Thanks guys, I believe I have worked the problems out. I think the flutter was being caused by the primary wings attachment point being too close to the leading edge.
and will have to consider mounting RCN's to address the 250k ft. control issues.
uploaded code name "Oracle" (The plane) this morning. thanks again.

Will using rotators in my build interfere with your ability to control the train?... More specifically 3 rotators.
Sounds fun... I'm in.
Innovation... Good stuff.
You seem to always bring your "A" game.. Nice work!
What your looking translates into about 20k in tools and box in real life.... I love my tools.
My all time favorite airplane. Have seen a full reverse thrust short landing in person.. That sound is unbelievable. Great work.
... Or C-5a .. The B-1 is pretty awesome.
looks great, thanks!
@ProKillaV12 .. It works... if you stay inside and look at it through the window... and stay away from the weather channel..
@SpiritusRaptor .. I would consider it a honor.. from someone as talented at building planes as yourself.
did you tilt the wings back with xlm? .. I can't ever see a visual difference when I try it. great looking plane! I'm a fan of the heavy metal.
Downloaded and just flew... Amazing!
It just looks fast and the shape of the fuselage is awesome. nice work.
nice lines and the tilted rear landing gear gives it a realistic stance. nice work.

@HypnoticChicken I attempted a rock crawler a month or so back and that was my (poor) attempt at a tube chassis.
Not familiar with the terminology, @ProKillaV12
