@Dragoranos Apparently his account was the 17049th created here. Strange how high that number is considering it's not even a year older than the first account.
@ollielebananiaCFSP Looks prettier than the default for sure, although it took a while to get the animation and shock xml right (it looks a bit different now).
@Dracul0Anderson And yes, I have more to worry about than whether I will get 5 or 20 internet points, I build stuff whenever I get a good idea that I think will make for a good plane.
In fact, the only reason I made an account at all was because I wanted to back up a plane I liked making (see my first ever post).
@Dracul0Anderson YouTube ruined everyone's view of numbers it seems. 28 people found your tank interesting enough to download, how is that low? About a full classroom worth of people?
@Dracul0Anderson Why do you need upvotes to share things? And why do you think everything you post needs attention from everyone? You can make stuff for yourself and share it anyways not expecting anything in return, it's what I do.
@ollielebananiaCFSP From what've seen some people seem to want the points because they think it'll make them popular here, as to why anyone would want that in the first place, I have no idea.
@Dracul0Anderson But why do you care so much about what others think of what you build? Do you only build stuff for other people to fly? Why not just build for the fun of it? Is seeing the things you make completed not enough of a reward in of itself?

I know it's a joke but all those upvotes aren't funny, first of all because this plane obviously don't deserve all those upvotes so it's just like saying "look this is crap we are going to make fun of it", also it can be very frustrating for all the players who always try's to make good planes and don't even get to 30 upvotes....
I don't think he's necessarily "begging" for upvotes, just saying that whoever upvotes his stuff will get tagged. He's also saying you can just ask to get tagged instead, it's just worded in a weird way.
The rules page really needs an update, some parts are not very clearly written (like the whole honda thing and how mentioning discord servers is fine so long as you don't tell people to join them).
Self-awareness also doesn't seem to be a common thing unfortunately, so most won't stop to think "wait, why do I want points so much?", which contributes to that.
In my opinion the point system was a mistake, it helps no one and prevents some people from being creative to focus on getting bigger internet numbers. Too bad it's probably too late to get rid of it now since the backlash would be gigantic.
It's a human instinct thing probably: more food > more chances at survival > more chances to reproduce > higher chance to pass on "I want more food" genes.
I guess flashy numbers on an internet website somehow trigger that, which is why everyone likes points so much.
@BaconAircraft Btw I noticed his comments and posts pages are still accessible, is this a change on how the strike system works or a different type of ban? (this doesn't seem to be the case with older banned accounts, like WiiMininininini)
The sequel has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
@ReturnOfJeffChandler Well I guess it is a nice color
Discrace?
+1@camero2000 Soon it might.
Man's doing a ban% speedrun
+1You seem really good at building for silver, were you platinum on your old account?
About what?
@ollielebananiaCFSP Yeah I was curious about what the new comments were, not sure what's strange about that.
+1@ollielebananiaCFSP You seem strangely dedicated to defending your view on points, chill out a bit it's not that big of a deal.
+1Man this thing is really ugly, kinda glad I scrapped it now.
@ColonelCanada
+1"You got the stuff?"
"Yes."
opens coat full of written down IP addresses
The Bush Plane does not have enough upvotes, it's not on the highest of all time page yet.
@ollielebananiaCFSP I find it easier to do by input.
Probably not, maybe ask a dev or mod about it.
clamp(VTOL, -1, 0)
Assuming the flaps use VTOL as the input.
@TheCommentaryGuy I guess the hornet? It replaced the cat and doesn't have the engine problems I think idk I'm no engineer.
@TheCommentaryGuy Commenting on dead posts is fun, it also doesn't bump them on this site so no one really cares much.
@TheCommentaryGuy Idk comment a lot? Your name is the commentary guy.
what
+1TCENK
Man this is a lot of performance cost for something with so few parts, I guess a lot of them are moving.
+1Wdym stops working? You sure the only thing you did was change the missile xml?
looks squished
+1smooth

If you mean the screenshot images, they are taken when you go to upload the plane so probably not.
This has the exact same amount of upvotes as your old F-22, neat.
@Dathcha 7+4=74 math is ez
@OUGHTO The rules do say "no memorial posts, move those to the forums" so yeah, that's probably why.
+1You mean 2000?
+1nice how all of these got solved
oh no
+3hehe
+2@Dracul0Anderson Glad to be of help.
+1@ollielebananiaCFSP Thanks but I already figured out how to make it work properly.

@XAircraftManufacturer It's fine to say it so long as it's not on the title or description of a plane.
+1@Dracul0Anderson Why do you need upvotes to share things? And why do you think everything you post needs attention from everyone? You can make stuff for yourself and share it anyways not expecting anything in return, it's what I do.

@DerekSP Thing is, BaconAircraft actually thanked everyone for resolving the problem peacefully, which is why I thought it was weird Rework got banned a while after since the mods could've just removed his points or something instead. It makes sense if he uploaded another stolen plane though.
+1@BaconAircraft Btw I noticed his comments and posts pages are still accessible, is this a change on how the strike system works or a different type of ban? (this doesn't seem to be the case with older banned accounts, like WiiMininininini)
You can't sadly.
