Maywar will never come to mobile. Android or iOS. The devs have stated this multiple times. It is simply too big for the majority of mobile devices. If you think yours can support it, great, but most can’t and it’d be unfair for just a few people with really powerful mobile devices to have it while everyone else can’t.
And for guns, the wing guns are close to wwii, and you can put fuselage blocks around them to make them look like wwi

I just make fuselage blocks the same size and shape as the wing, and the scale down the real wing inside the fuselage block. Looks ok, but has lots of drag when turning compared to normal wings
From looking at your profile, you seem to go for high output over high quality. If I try and build a plane that will get more upvotes, I spend at least a week on it, and have a lot of detail. Upload time can also be a factor. Watch for website activity, and upload when you think there may be a lot of people active. On my old account, it took me almost a year and a half to get to silver, so calm down. You'll be recognized in time.

That happens a lot with custom wheels (why I try and avoid making them). Best bet is rebuild the wheels/landing gear from scratch. @Ian1231100
Check for uneven drag, and make sure your vertical stabilizer is set to a symmetric airfoil
