I would either move the wings back or the fuel/ weight forward. Increasing the size of the elevators won't do much, except when you first pull up it makes a half he jerk.
@Stingray I put the cockpit where it is because I couldn't get the front of the aircraft to look right with it hiding. I wanted the aircraft to be realistic. Ish. Feel free to modify and re post it

At high enough speeds the thing will start rolling until you cannot control it, there is no way to compensate for the rotors going around and producing no lift on one side.

Not bad, but move the center of lift forward slightly behind the center of mass. That will help the plane to maneuver better!

@Verdnan yeah, and it works great too! a little touchy on the rudder, but it works great in terms of doing its job
use rotators to lift, not vtol nozzels on rotor blades. this will balance it better.
