Yes, it's possible to do so.But I think there is no need as ZETA GUNDAM's transformation is not so simple and if you don't edit the weight,the great amount of transforming joints will make the flight not so enjoyable.
anyway,if a fully transformable one is made,it must be very popular~
but in fact,if you want to buid a transformable MS,I think Gundam Kyrios or AGE-2 will be better choice
