I'm sure that the devs tweaked the damage system to be at lest 100 times less sensitive than 1.3, but the issue lies with intersecting parts (how most of us build out craft), I don't have much modding knowledge, but I know it's pretty difficult to edit already existing code in the game
Not to disagree with the mods, but it wasn't necessarily like you were harassing a specific player, just some of many players actions, which doesn't break the rules. But the mods' choice is final
Does still flying count as landing? If so, attach yourself to the bomber in "Bomber Escort", I did it when 1.4 came out, it took me ages... And if that's not hard enough, make a mechanism to break off the vertical stabilizer of the bomber, and substitute for it (Plus when the bomber takes damage, even if it can still fly, it will prevent the enemies from spawning

Doesn't actually XML edit, just uses FineTuner and calls it a day

You can see this especially when two fuselages are intersecting at different angles, it makes cockpits hard, but that's part of the fun
