Hey man. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong. It flew great. Maybe just take some of the weight off by replacing the fuel with normal structure parts for a better takeoff.

I would try lowering the buoyancy of the rear end a bit. Its digging in too hard in the nose and can't get up to speed. Maybe add a bigger control surface on them as well.
