Yeah, this was one of those planes I almost completed then put on the back burner for a while. I stumbled upon it and figured I'd just butten up the cowling and send her on out as is. The starboard "targeting" probe creates some drag but i think it's symmetrical beyond that. Possibly some physics goofs with the overlaping body structure. Flies well for such a big aircraft I think. BTW I'm bruilding these planes using an old Samsung Galaxy Note tablet so I wouldn't be surprised about a few anomalies. Cheers!

Looks and flies great! Fantastic job! I was having an issue with prop rub with anything larger than 85" but no sign of it with your version. She can difinetly be a handful at high speeds but the responsiveness makes up for it.
@Pauciloquent
Feel free... in fact feel encouraged to upload, I would love to see your modifications! I always get a little cross eyed when I work on a plane for a long while so a fresh eye focused on the little improvement tweeks is great.
Damn fine machine; inspirational even. The vectoring is definitely a nice touch. Think I'll take a go at a vectoring engine aircraft, makes for an interesting flight profile.
I've seen prettier, but few that fly as well. Nice one!

Great design and, I'll be damned, it flies just like a stunt copter. A little on the difficult to control side... just like a copter.

@spefyjerbf
Thank you! This one really came together well.
Sick as a dog now! LOL, nice one.
Knocked one out. You're right, tough aircraft to build. https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/7Q7zqg/PY-614VC-Boatswains-Spyke

A bit of a hot mess, but it works and it gives me a great idea. Well played ;)
HA! I dont know why I downloaded it but it works and its cool... for some reason.
Nice one! Flies like a taildragger.
@Austinowen That's a huge complament coming from you. Your work is remarkable to say the least; fantastic designs. Thank you!
Nice one! Not too bad on the landing. Definitely inspiring me to build one of these.
Two egines would have been sufficient, but sweet nonetheless!
